a young man by the name of Todd Graves had the idea to make the highest quality chicken fingers meal, but he did not have the funds to start up,his business school professor said it would never go, the bank said it would never go. So he worked hard to save money working in a refinery 90 hrs. a week then in Alaska on a Sockeye Salmon Commercial fishing boat, 20 hrs. a day. He got a loan from the SBA to open his first Canes in 1996. At that time he had a partner.There's over 260 loacations, in 20 states.
The main meal is chicken fingers ,with their very special dipping sauce, crinkle cut fries,& cole slaw, and Texas toast
