Also this weekend on Saturday and Sunday, our park had open house, the weather didn't help things but all in all it was beneficial and quite a few new folks came and looked at the new mobiles and ones listed by the park for sale. Walter Piper was here for our weekly meeting and we had our drawing for the door prizes from the open house, Walter gave away a 40" t.v. won by someone out of the park, 2 clocks, another t.v. and a years free rent!
This summer there's plans for new counter tops and sinks in the kitchen, also an outdoor grill which can handle big B.B.Q.s
