It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary A. Hilde in Moorhead, Minnesota, born in Felton, Minnesota, who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Desjardins and Lucille Desjardins; her husband Richard Hilde; her sons, Duane and Christopher; her sister Georgia Larson; and her grandparents, Ernest and Regina Desjardins.
She is survived by : her former husband Bruce Speer; her children, Donna Sheffey, Doreen Knodel (Myron) and Chuck Speer (Kerrie); and her sister Sheila Otting. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 26th 2020 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home - Moorhead (605 2nd Ave S, Moorhead, MN 56560). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2020 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
