Managers Report – none today

Virginia Baker gave Secretary report. It was approved.

Sandy Olson gave Treasurer’s report & it was approved.

Properties- Lynn Stamp not much to report but that Mark Probst still collects recyclables at Lot#54 & 55, please sort out for the different bins, and George Morgan will pick up your trash bags on Fridays, put bags at the end of your driveway

Dave Johnson Lot93 was at the meeting selling the new phone books, $3.00, he says he will be going door to door selling these soon

Gentleman from the Fire Dept. says basic CPR classes given, sign up in back of hall, also Ron Henderson handing out the vial of life bottles , door sticker and med. In fo sheets.

Thanks to Steve St.clair for a memorable memorial Service this morning with the names of those who passed this year read

Mark Probst says we need a new table which sits next to the ice machine, it's falling apart, properties will look into this

We need someone to step up and Chair the Easter Dinner???

Steve St.Clair said a cat was poisoned , it had been hanging around his mobile, please do not put poison out, watch what your pet picks up and eats
