A brand new 16 unit apartment complex is now here in the park!
built by Bobby. Within 24 hours there were a pair looking at the new apartments! In and out and acting quite excited, there was even a third resident interested in an apartment. The one fellow chased off a large pale yellow breasted guy several times as if to say "Hey this is our new home". We are so excited about this as we have read it that one should not get too disappointed if they don't get any interested lookers for up to 2 years and it has only been less than 24 hrs!
