Jan.15th Meeting

We are really having cold weather for the next 3 days. 30's with wind today and some rain, tomarrow more the same.
We sure have had a lot of fruit drop off the trees, but not from the cold...the birds are really doing a number on the fruit, they peck a hole in the fruit and soon the fruit drops off the tree. Many have said it's been a really bad year for that.
I will finish up with the Missouri Red Hat Luncheon picture tomarrow and get all my pictures over to Rod, we will get our photo directories in about 7 weeks or so and not have to wait until Fall like we used to have to. So sorry some arrived too late to get their picture in the directory.
It was great to have the help of Joyce Amos this time, even with all her involvement with the Wine and Cheese Parties, she still took time to help me with appointments for the Directory.

RVE CLUB MEETING – Chair Craig Daves called meeting to order. We said “Pledge to the Flag” & sang “God Bless America”. Meeting closed by singing club song, ”We Love Our Valley Home”.

Does anyone have an extra they would loan to her? Management is aware WiFi is not working! It is too low on pole, working on it today. When asked if repairs would be done on bad spots on some streets, Ken said price of oil has been fluctuating.. but repairs are in the works for the coming summer.
