RVE CLUB MEETING –



Chair John Geer called meeting to order. New perninant folks in the Park are Cathy and Mark Probst #239.



Bev Telfor led us in the “Pledge to the Flag” & sang “God Bless America”. Meeting closed by singing club song, ”We Love Our Valley Home”.

Properties Report – Ron Zoller said they have taken down the shades in the kitchen, and was considering shutting off freezer and refrigerator, but folks said we use the

refrigerator quite often in the Summer, so it will remain on.



Report from Managers

Craig Daves said again a big thank you to folks here for donating all the toys for the kids for Christmas and can still donate. Also money can be given for the cause in the Office

for them. Judges from out of the Park will judge the decorating of mobiles



Iren Quail said there's still boxes for folks to give food items for Jesse and Roberto, they were checked over and found some canned goods with expired dates, please only fresh food should be put in.



Board Members -- Properties – Ron Zoeller, Mike Reiff, Larry Pavlis; Finance – Sandy Novak, Gordon Amos, Sandy Olson filling in for Jim Moeller.



Helen Curtis asks we call 603-674-3869, if we know of someone needing card due to illness/death in family. Cards to sign are in office area. If you call her & leave message, leave name. Cards this week for Janel Baker on the death of her Father, Ken Eshelman, former resident, a card to RoJean Anderson on the death of her husband Tom, former resident,

a card for Daryl Henningson, # 414 mild stroke.

Someone took down a few cards that Helen had up, please do not take down or put up any cards. Also if a card is needed do not just write it on the board, call Helen and she will put a card up.

Sheryl Krantz said - Sign up for Christmas Dinner, by tomarrow! Tea and coffee, ham and potatoes furnished, bring your own table service, and a dish to share. She

thanked all who are helping them, and you may decorate your table after 12:00 p.m. On Monday.



Mens Party – Dec. 20th, 3:00 p.m.no glass exchange but bring a glass of your own, bring a six pack of beer or bottle of liquor to share, set-ups furnished or bring a drink of your choice, $3.00 , Come have fun!



Golf cart and Caroling December 18th, decorated golf carts and festive attire is encouraged. Meet at the Hall at 5:00p.m. Leave at 5:30

Return for refreshments at 6:15 Please sign up if coming to the after party so they know how many refreshments to provide, even if you did not participate in the parade. Cookies and drinks are provided for al l to enjoy and celebrate the Christmas Season among friends.



A special thank you to the decorating committee for the lovely Christmas decorations, also thanks to the Kranyz for contributing to the decorations. Please do not set items in the windows or take any of the decorations!



Ron Zollar taking items to recycle place on Tuesdays!



Salad Luncheon (Red Hat Luncheon) needs a chair. Also A chair is needed for New Years Eve Party.



Thanks to the Kunkels for a great Italian dinner. Prizes

awarded that evening to Ales, and Margie Walker,

need to be picked up.



Rex Rexroad said the first Friday entertainment will be the children from Cleckler Middle School, Dec. 21st at 7:00

p.m. $4.00 pp



1st Monday dance will be Jan. 7th with Country Roland, cost is $6.00pp





Sign up sheet is up for the FLEA MARKET Jan. 11th for pies. See Lucy Johnson for a table

There will be a meeting next Monday, tables for Christmas dinner set up after.



Ken Barnhart talked about the up coming Sock Hop to be held Jan. 24th. More later
