PATRICIA ROSE OLAFSON (nee DANWICH) Patricia Olafson passed away peacefully on August 21, 2018, after a short but courageous battle with brain cancer. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Earl; children, Mark and Maxine; and grandsons, Adam, Leif and Carly. She is also survived by brothers, Ronnie, Gary and Nancy, Barry, Ken and Carol, and Dennis and Laurie; and sisters, Diana and Larry Ateah, Linda, Sharon and Joe Chaput, Wendy Hunter, and Bonnie Hemsworth. Pat was predeceased by mother and father, Nellie and Leon; and brother Terrence. Graveside service will be held Monday, August 27 at 12:00 p.m. at the Victoria Beach Cemetery. Ceremony and lunch to follow at the Victoria Beach Senior Scene, 3 Ateah Rd., at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the East Beaches Senior Scene.
