Busy busy around this Park this Summer, with all the new mobiles being sold and park models moved in, damage to our fence becuz of the flood, lots of it had to be replaced, remodeling of the office, street repairing and so much more. Roberto and Jesse have had a very busy Summer, and it's so hot here.
100-107 every day But a few degrees below normal (93 to 97) for a few days plus a few days with 20 to 30% chance of rain. 40% on Saturday. We are usually dry in August and breezy. Hopefully we get some rain. Humidity is so high 62% or so which always makes it seem hotter.
We got New Mgrs.............as most know.
Just Tuesday a park model came in from Magnolia Park, a very pretty one
And a mobile will be coming in from Magnolia going on empty lot where McElwees mobile was. in September. So many moving out of Magnolia Park.
