Nov. 19th

Park owner Walter Piper joined us this morning. He thanked all who come to RVE & said “We should enjoy wonderful weather and friendship.” With 50 amp service now installed in 3 rows of 99s, they will install in rows A-B-C-J-K next summer. He reminded us we are “still the friendliest park in The Valley”. Walter’s daughter Sandy said “ In one more year I will be old enough to legally live in this park!” Sandy will be with us again next month. When asked about repairing bad streets, Walter said these can be fixed but instead of just capping surface, they need to be ground down. He is looking into it, would be 1 ½ years out to do this.

Park sales manager Ken Barnhart reported good year selling homes. Jan O’Dell has joined sales team.  They sell many houses thanks to residents. Our park is 99.9% full! Talk to sales team about your friends & direct them to us.

MANAGEMENT REPORT: Managers Craig & Dana Daves gave report. Craig suggested we all walk out to middle of street by our unit, observe how it looks. Be sure to keep yards, trees looking nice. He said all metal building roofs have been patched, much done in pool area, some new benches. He mentioned 50 amp service and said next they want to work on getting cement slabs in 99s. Those with utility trailers need to check with Craig on parking area and instructions. Dana announced front office will be closed all day tomorrow due to medical appointments of both her & Jan. Website for park is riovalleyestates.com
