He spoke about issues in bathrooms including (his exact words) “vandalism by urine” in men’s, “water on floor” in women’s & “dog washing” in bathrooms by 99s. He stated “this is not a policeman’s issue but a community issue.” Let’s keep all areas clean & safe. Website for park is riovalleyestates.com
Board Members -- Properties – Ron Zoeller, Lynn Stamp, Mark Probst; Finance – Sandy Novak, Gordon Amos, Sandy Olson. If you have issues you’d like to present or discuss, you may contact them.
Treasurer Gordon Amos gave his report & it was approved.
Mark Probst gave Properties report. Ice machine had broken piece of plastic in pump & repairman (on service contract) has piece ordered. Machine can be used. Directions concerning grease trap appear in BIG print by each kitchen sink. Trap will need to be cleaned by a volunteer 3 to 4 times a year. Mark thanked the “elf” who did cover in kitchen & said elves are appreciated! He had a chair for us to try & felt we have monies available to purchase whichever chair we select. This one has a 10 yr. warranty with 1000 lb. weight limit (?). Give chair a try & possibly vote next Monday? Board member Sandy Novak showed plastic tablecloths that have been purchased online at cost of 54 cents each compared to what we usually buy at Dollar General for $1. There are many colors, some not available. She mentioned the disappearing ice cream scoops & we all wonder where these go! Heavy duty bags are needed in some waste baskets but in some cases the smaller 13 gal. bags may be used.

“I want to tell everyone how much I’ve enjoyed the gifts, candy, flowers, food, cards & visits since my surgery. My 1st two days in the hospital I didn’t realize I had said I didn’t want visitors until I ran across my note on Facebook later. Those days I was hurting & they had me pretty drugged up. I’ve enjoyed every call & especially the visits. Thanks a million!!! Hope to be out & about very soon.” –Irene Quail
